Please reach out to us as soon as possible via our Help Centre with your cancellation request, and we will do our best to catch this before your order has been dispatched. However, please note that order cancellation requests are not guaranteed. If your order has already shipped it will be too late to cancel, but you can return it once it has been delivered.

Once cancelled, we will process a refund via your original payment method.
