How do I return my order?Updated a year ago

For all returns on items purchased through our website, please contact us via the returns form on our Help Centre page. 

Please complete the form with all the relevant details, and we'll be in touch to let you know the next steps to get the item(s) back to us.

Note: Returns can take between 2-10 business days to complete processing once received back at our facility. We strongly recommend using a tracked service to send your returns back, as any lost parcels are your responsibility.
