All returns must be received in an unworn and un-damaged state and sent back to us in new condition with the original tags and packaging.

Once received at the warehouse, returns take between 2-10 business days to complete processing.
Processing can take up to 10 business days once received at the warehouse. We will notify you when we've refunded your order.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept a return of any underwear, bras, or bike short liners. If you purchased multiple of the wrong size and the underwear is unopened, in the original packaging with the tags attached we may be able to accept. Howe
We strongly recommend using a postal service with tracking and insurance. If your return doesn't make it back to us, that's on you.
