When can I expect a refund from my return?Updated a year ago

When we have received your returned item(s) back at our facility, processing can take up to 10 business days. Once we've completed the inspection, a refund will be processed via your original payment method.

You will also receive a notification when you have been refunded to let you know the funds are on the way.
